Paul Neely - Industrial Sales Manager

Currently, Paul the Industrial Sales Manager for Task Force Tips, Inc. He manages about 20 industrial distributors that sell Task Force Tips' complete product line in North America.  This is accomplished through education programs and product demonstration, primarily in the industrial settings, with core industrial interests in the petro-chemical and refinery businesses. Paul is the Safety Director of Duneland School of Emergency Response, Inc.

He recently retired from a fire chief’s position, with one of the areas steel mills, completing 18 years of industrial fire protection, safety and security. During that time, his primary responsibilities consisted of being a company liaison between the steel mill and several industrial insurance companies, and outside municipal agencies. Renovating the fire brigade to bring the group into compliance with NFPA and OSHA standards is one of the greatest goals he has completed in his career.

From the municipal side, Paul started with the fire service in 1980 with The Town of Burns Harbor’s Fire Department.  He held the rank of Lieutenant, and transferred to Chesterton Fire Department in 1983, where he is currently a member

During his tenure with National Steel and CFD, he completed The State of Indiana requirements to become a Fire Officer II, Fire Instructor II/III, NFA Safety Officer.  With Chesterton Fire, he previously held the rank of Lieutenant, and Safety Officer.  Paul attended Purdue University, and the fire science program through Southern Illinois University and the Chicago, IL Fire Academy. Paul is currently an adjunct instructor with Texas A&M University, and a guest instructor with a large flammable liquids school hosted by several refineries in Denver, CO.
