Scott Gilbert, Washington Fire Department

Scott is a 9 year veteran of the Indiana State Police and has been active in the fire service for 13 years, starting at Noble Twp Volunteer Fire Department in Wabash County, IN.  Scott is a member of the state police methamphetamine clandestine laboratory response team, field training officer (FTO), and a crash reconstructionist.  Scott also holds degrees and certificates from the following schools:  University of North Florida (IPTM) traffic crash reconstruction school, Northwestern University vehicle dynamics school, has attended numerous fire schools throughout Indiana, and is an Indiana University graduate.

      Scott currently serves as a Captain with the Washington Twp Volunteer Fire Department in Porter County, IN and holds state certifications of:  FF I/II, Safety Officer, Motor Sports Emergency Responder, First Responder, Fire Officer I, Fire Officer II, Instructor I, Haz-mat Ops, and OSHA Haz-mat Tech.
